Operational today

This is not a concept or a mock-up. The platform is deployed and running now.

Browser-based

Learners and instructors need only a web browser — nothing installs on government computers.

Live-facilitated

Every session is run by a human operator directing the AI avatar in real time.

What the system delivers

Every requirement, working in the deployed build

The capabilities below map directly to the requirements in the solicitation. Each one exists and runs in the live deployment today — nothing on this page is forward-looking.

Live AI-avatar training sessions

Each session unit is one full hour of live, facilitated training with one to three learners. Each hour is divided into realistic conversational runs of ten to twelve minutes, with the AI avatar speaking and responding naturally.

Session units · 1–3 learners per block · 10–12 minute runs

Pre-session connectivity check

Ten minutes before every session — outside the training hour — the system runs a full connectivity check of audio, video, and network paths, and records the result so the session starts on time, every time.

T-10 check · recorded · outside the billable hour

AI avatar with a human operator at the controls

A trained operator stands behind every avatar — adjusting demeanor, resistance, and conversation flow live, mid-scenario. The learner talks to a realistic AI persona; a professional quietly steers it.

Live demeanor control · human-in-the-loop · invisible to the learner

Instructor–operator chat, in real time

During the live session, the instructor and the operator talk over a private text channel — never visible to the learner — to redirect the scenario, adjust pacing, or cue events without breaking the training.

Private channel · real time · learner never sees it

Scenario library, ready to edit

The system ships with a standard library of six or more scenarios and avatars. Ranks, titles, names, and locations in any standard scenario can be freely re-edited at no cost — clones never touch the original.

6+ standard scenarios · free rank / title / location edits

A scenario built for your unit

Beyond the library, a custom scenario tailored to the 655th ISR Wing is included, authored to government direction and published through a government approval workflow. Custom backgrounds and a unit-conversion path — trading session hours for more scenarios or more feedback reports — round it out.

Custom 655 ISRW scenario · government review & approval · flexible conversions

Scheduling that respects your calendar

Book one-hour blocks around Reserve UTA weekends. Sessions can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 72 business hours ahead; the system computes and displays that cutoff on every booking automatically.

UTA-weekend ready · 72-business-hour cancellation window · computed automatically

Feedback reports and a full usage record

After each session, AI-enabled feedback reports score the learner on empathy, verbal, and non-verbal communication — delivered within five business days. Administrators can view and export the complete usage log and audit trail on demand.

Three scored vectors · 5-business-day delivery · exportable usage log

After the session

Feedback reports built on three measured vectors

Every session ends with a structured AI-enabled feedback report. The three contractual communication vectors are scored on a 0–100 scale, backed by transcript evidence — and every report is flagged for AI-generated, human-reviewed status before release.

Empathy

How well the learner read and responded to the avatar's emotional state — building rapport, recognizing discomfort, and adjusting approach as the conversation developed.

Scored 0–100 · evidence cited

Verbal

Question construction, pacing, and elicitation technique — what the learner said, how it landed, and where phrasing opened or closed the source.

Scored 0–100 · evidence cited

Non-Verbal

Cues the learner projected through the room — presence, composure, and signal awareness — assessed alongside the avatar's reactions during the run.

Scored 0–100 · evidence cited

Reports are due to the learner within five business days of session completion — the report queue tracks that deadline automatically, and reports are exportable for training records.

Scenario library & customization

A library that flexes to the wing, at no extra cost

  • › Six or more standard scenarios with matching AI avatars, selectable at booking
  • › Free editing of avatar rank, title, name, and location in any standard scenario
  • › Clone-and-edit workflow: the original scenario is never modified
  • › One custom scenario authored for the 655th ISR Wing, content directed by the Government
  • › Government approval workflow: draft → review → approved → published
  • › Custom backgrounds, submitted ten business days before first use
  • › Flexible conversion: three session hours become a new scenario; one hour becomes six additional feedback reports

Delivery model

Built around the Reserve training calendar

62 live sessions

One-hour blocks, 1–3 learners

Each block is a full facilitated hour with three 10–12 minute scenario runs. Sessions are scheduled mainly on UTA weekends, around the wing's drill calendar.

12 months

Period of performance: 30 Sep 2026 – 29 Sep 2027

Full delivery inside a twelve-month window. Session units, conversions, and scheduling are all bounded and tracked against that period automatically.

T-10 check

Every session starts verified

A ten-minute connectivity check precedes every block — outside the hour — covering audio, avatar, and network readiness, recorded before the first learner joins.

Security & handling

Unclassified by design, disciplined by default

The platform operates entirely in an unclassified training environment. All personnel, units, and scenarios in the system are fictional, and both scenario authoring and live rooms actively screen for restricted wording and halt on detection.

Where Controlled Unclassified Information is involved in program administration, it is handled under CUI-aware practices — it never enters the training environment itself.

  • › Unclassified environment; restricted-wording screening built into authoring and live rooms
  • › CUI-aware handling discipline for program material
  • › 100% browser-based — no local installation on government computers
  • › Role-based access control enforced server-side on every request
  • › Full audit trail of administrative actions, with credentials never logged
